The effect is in the doing; not the talking, the thinking or even the knowing, but the doing.
That goes for everything.

Read the mail and put it into practice for 28 days. Make notes over those 28 days about how you apply it in your life.
Have a nice weekend, drive safely, wear the mask, keep your distance, wash your hands, and be aware.
