How's your own personal BER?

there 's great concern for the energy rating of houses. Not too much though, for personal energy. And the principle of conservation is the same; have the right materials and systems in place and you can fix your energy problem.

if you're a bit low in the energy levels, here's a way to get all the energy, health, vitality you need. You'll get physical energy,  mental energy, emotional energy, and personal or spiritual energy, if you take these steps.

1. Learn how to breathe well and practise it.
2. Exercise frequently.
3. Check your eating habits...maybe a detox for a few days, or more, would clean the system, rest your digestion and boost your metabolism. Perhaps you could do with a good multi-vitamin or a protein supplement.
4. Drink water. Get a good few glasses, 6-8 at least 5 days a week.
5. Learn how to stop; REST. Let your mind, body and spirit rest and relax and revitalise itself.
6.Formulate a system from the above activities and you'll find your life changing for the better.
7. Start every day, yes, every day, with a definite intention. The days accumulate into weeks, months, a lifetime, of directed action and that's how you decide the direction of your life.
