Perhaps the most overlooked factors in any wellness, fitness, physical training program, is the impact of the mind on the body, AND of course, the reciprocal impact of the body on the mind.
When these factors are known, acknowledged, learned and practised, they can transform lives.
And being fit, healthy and well is about living, isn't it?
