The Mindful Edge…
Sometimes, it does a body good to just BE, to stop, take a break, listen to the tick of the clock, the drone of distant traffic, the quiet that lies within.
We need something other than the peremptory should do, must do, ought to do, have to.
And just BE.
The world still spins.
Life goes on.
Time passes.
And we get a rest from the relentless imperative.
Then we can rejoin, at pace, at choice.
It’s a skill.
Many, finally, are beginning to learn it. As can anyone.
Read that again. And over the weekend.
