Three Spring Things

Three tried and trusted things to do for your health for the coming  Spring.
1. Breathe deeeply and often. Every day do this.
2.Walk 5 minutes from your home or workplace. Then turn and walk back. Breathe deeply as you walk. That's a total of 10 minutes vigorous and refreshing natural exercise. 
3. Get to bed at an early hour three nights a week, no tv, no loud music. Treat yourself to a mind resting/fictional/self indulgent read, where your mind gets pleasantly absorbed and your body gets a pleasant rest.

Do this for three weeks. See how you feel. let me know.
