19/8/15. Try this. Quite a few people have. Where they’ve persisted, some remarkable results have been achieved.
Start the day, as usual, with your stretches. (You do, don’t you?)
Now, perform four complete inhalations and exhalations.
Do them slowly, deliberately. Think your way through each breath.
Now, it’s decision time.
Decide on a goal for the day. Determine to keep in the direction of the goal. See it through.
Answer to yourself. Take responsibility for your goal. See it through. When you’re getting in to the day, and events are storming, keep your thought, hold the goal. See it through.
Then mark your day off. Set up again for tomorrow.
Another day. Another goal. Or finish the first one, if it didn’t get done the first day. And see it through.
