Register consciousness as you painfully emerge from the fog …
scrape the eyes sorely…………………..dread the day…………………………………………fear what it may bring………………………pretend it isn’t happening………………………………………….realise that it is…………………………………………………capitulate to what you allow your imagination  tell you your life may be………………….mutter in monosyllables through breakfast…blunder unsteadily out the door……………simmer, seethe, in traffic………………………….struggle into work……………………………………..grunt at colleagues…………………………….
surrender to the overwhelm of your perceived existence…

Wake up…..See the morning………New Day……………..New Beginning……………………….this is your privilege………………..climb out of bed……..shave , teeth………….stretch,…….. joints opening……..muscles loosening…………lungs expanding…………mind acknowledging……….decide and state how you’ll use your day………anticipate the possibilities……..….shower…….finish with it stone cold………..dry off…rub down…..breathe…..ventilate the system……..alert the mind………..dress…..into kitchen……….eat the eggs, drink the tea/water/coffee………………let them in the kitchen feel your love and good wishes for them…………………go to work………greet your colleagues…………appreciate the gift of health, sanity, whatever ablilities you believe you have……….. get started …calmly, unobtrusively, with a quiet determination……………………………………….
