It's done in a morning or afternoon, for about two and a half  hours, in which the successful elements of learning how to
STILL the MIND,
CALM the EMOTIONS,
HARNESS ATTENTION,

INCREASED ENERGY

EFFECTIVE FOCUS
can be learned.
 
 If you feel it’s time to reaffirm yourself,
