How to Be Focused…
Practice is a great skill. And it’s available to anyone.
That’s why regular exercise, whether it’s aerobics, weight training, dance, spinning, or breathing, or whatever YOUR activity is, has such a beneficial effects; you do it frequently.
Your body responds readily.
Every cell, tissue, organ and part of your body, all of which have a profound effect on the mind, responds to the stimulus of physical activity.
Because you do it regularly, and the response is Nature playing her part, it is impossible to not get a result. And that happens even if you do it haphazardly but frequently.
If you then decide to do it halfway seriously, with a plan, an eating plan in place to augment the value of your exercise, and begin to become mindfully aware of how else you use yourself, you can achieve health, mental, physical and emotional benefits that are truly transformational.
Then you turn yourself into a health-generating, energetic, clear-minded individual, who, clinical illness apart, will enjoy the life and times on earth that otherwise exists only in empty wishes.
Start your day there.
